White Label CC API allows external client to request a session key from the
Tandem to use as part of Pin Card request White Label CC API follows Proxy
style implementation that internally calls ESB IFX Service SecObj with an add
operation for requesting a session key from the Tandem using JSON REST over
HTTPS.
